We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.Your key responsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionDefine, implement, track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and Process performance Indicators (PPI) for CX across all Business UnitsAct as a product owner from CX when implementing new Data productsEstablish and manage data quality and governance program to maintain accurate and reliable CX dataIndustrialize CX data analytics to gain accuracy, speed, efficiency, scalability, cost savings and real-time InsightsLead the organization from Diagnostic Analytics to next level, Predictive AnalyticsStakeholder Management and CommunicationAct as a primary point of contact for CX data insights and reportingCultural and Organizational DevelopmentPromote a data-driven culture within the organizationEstablish and nurture a network of data and analytics experts within the CX organizationWe bringJoin a highly socially and environmentally responsible companyWork in a global and intercultural environmentThe ability to be a part of a highly creative and imaginative team in an incredibly competitive and inspiring industryCreative mindset to inspire our customers and consumers worldwideLeadership, learning, training and development plansCompetitive base salary, variable compensation plans and an enviable set of benefits.You bringA degree in computer science or engineering and experience in supply chain management+10 years of experience in analytics, insights and strategy (experience in customer service/experience is a plus)Solid knowledge in Prescriptive Analytics, Data Visualization & Data Mining. Knowledge on artificial intelligence is an advantage.Experience in Supply Chain Management - translating data into valueExcellent oral, written and presentation skills in English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionableAbilities of analysis, organization, presentation, communication and teamworkA commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives.Our recruitment processAre you interested in this role?
