The Role: As our Managing Consultant in Madrid, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of IT Recruitment Consultants. This is a position with a focus on driving performance, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our South Europe business unit. What You'll Do: Drive Results: Lead your team to achieve and exceed targets related to production, client satisfaction, and internal improvements. Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop your team members, providing ongoing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential. Create a Positive Environment: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. Communicate Effectively: Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with senior management. Lead by Example: Embody our company values of integrity, honesty, and hard work. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment Team Manager or IT Recruitment Team Leader, with a strong understanding of the South European market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coaching and motivational abilities. Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and company goals. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships. Why Senovo IT?
