This is a position with a focus on driving performance, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our South Europe business unit.What You'll Do:Drive Results:Lead your team to achieve and exceed targets related to production, client satisfaction, and internal improvements.Talent Development:Mentor, coach, and develop your team members, providing ongoing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.Create a Positive Environment:Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.Communicate Effectively:Ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with senior management.Lead by Example:Embody our company values of integrity, honesty, and hard work.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment Team Manager or IT Recruitment Team Leader, with a strong understanding of the South European market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coaching and motivational abilities.Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct.A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and company goals.Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.Why Senovo IT?
