Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Content Manager – Estrategia y Coordinación de Contenidos (Sector Seguros) para liderar la estrategia y ejecución de contenidos digitales orientados a captación y conversión en entornos B2C para un cliente líder en el sector asegurador.Buscamos una persona estratégica, organizada, orientada a resultados y capaz de coordinar equipos y actuar como interlocutor principal con cliente y que quieran desarollar su carrera en GFT y crecer en un entorno multicultural, motivador y desafiante. Tus principales responsabilidades son: Aunque dependerán de tu perfil y experiencia aportada, en general las principales funciones que llevarías a cabo con nosotros serían: Actuar como interlocutor principal del servicio. Definir, presentar y defender la estrategia de contenidos ante el cliente. Centralizar y coordinar peticiones de contenidos (redacción y contribución), asegurando alineación con los objetivos del negocio. Coordinar la producción de contenidos subcontratados. Gestionar y supervisar contenidos multimedia (infografías, vídeos, podcasts) junto al equipo creativo. Identificar oportunidades, diseñar y supervisar campañas de difusión en redes sociales y publicidad nativa. Realizar seguimiento y reporting, garantizando la calidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de objetivos. Requisitos deseados: Experiencia demostrable en sector seguros. Experiencia en gestión de estrategias de contenidos B2C orientadas a generación de negocio (+5 años). Conocimiento en marketing digital. Conocimientos en analítica web.Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares y gestión de proveedores. Familiaridad con herramientas de IA para generación y optimización de contenidos. Competencias personales: Trabajo en equipo. Experiencia demostrable en sector seguros. Experiencia en gestión de estrategias de contenidos B2C orientadas a generación de negocio (+5 años). Conocimiento en marketing digital. Conocimientos en analítica web. Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares y gestión de proveedores. Familiaridad con herramientas de IA para generación y optimización de contenidos.
