En Evolve Academy buscamos incorporar un/a Video & Content Creator para el área de contenido audiovisual. Buscamos a alguien con criterio creativo, ganas de crecer y de trabajar en un entorno real de marketing, educación y tecnología. La persona seleccionada participará de forma activa en la creación, grabación y edición de contenido formativo y promocional, trabajando mano a mano con los equipos de Marketing y Producto. Grabación de clases, sesiones en directo, eventos, actividades de marketing y vídeos promocionales para los programas formativos de Evolve. ¿Posee las habilidades y la experiencia adecuadas para este puesto? Edición de vídeo en formato horizontal y vertical para distintas plataformas (YouTube, redes sociales, campañas digitales). Creación y optimización de contenido audiovisual para acciones de marketing, manteniendo coherencia con la identidad visual y narrativa de la marca. Ajustes de color, sonido y efectos para garantizar una calidad profesional en cada pieza. Gestión, organización y etiquetado de archivos audiovisuales. Creación y mantenimiento de plantillas para vídeos recurrentes, optimizando el flujo de trabajo. Supervisión y cuidado del equipo audiovisual (cámaras, micrófonos, iluminación y accesorios). Colaboración continua con los equipos de Marketing y Producto para adaptar los contenidos a cada proyecto. Formación en comunicación audiovisual, marketing, diseño, multimedia o áreas afines. Experiencia o buen manejo de herramientas de edición como Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro u otras similares. Interés por el contenido audiovisual, el marketing digital y la creación de contenido para distintas plataformas. Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y actitud proactiva. Ganas de aprender, aportar y crecer dentro de un equipo exigente y dinámico. ¿Contrato laboral y remuneración acorde al perfil.
