Your Mission Provide legal support to minimize risks and offer coverage in business transactions, conflicts with third parties, and initial project phases. What the Role Entails Manage IP & domain name portfolios for Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable, liaising with external trademark agents. Support IP/Brand Protection in conflicts with third parties, coordinating with external advisors to resolve efficiently. Conduct personal data protection risk assessments, implement measures, and draft/review contractual documentation to ensure compliance. Provide legal assistance to Licensing, Operations, Marketing, IT, and E‑commerce Departments by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating third‑party agreements. Assist Design Department by reviewing seasonal collections. Job Competences Analytical Thinking Strong planning, organizing and decision‑making skills Teamwork and leadership Requirements of the Position University degree in Law. Master in Intellectual Property (desirable). At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Fluency in English; French or any EU language desirable.
