We’re now entering our next phase of growth, and this is where you come in.The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic Technical Product Manager (software) to lead the development of new products and processes from scratch, driving both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also take on a key project management role, coordinating with external agencies to deliver high-impact projects such as a new Shopify e-commerce platform or internal tools like our budgeting tool, our pre-production tool internally developed on Rhino+Grasshopper. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild from Scratch: Design and develop new products or processes based on customer or internal needs.Technical Acumen: Use no-code/low-code tools effectively; coding abilities are a plus.Project Management: Manage external agencies delivering projects like the Shopify e-commerce platform and internal tools (e.g., a Quote Builder). To forge an exceptional internal product and technology team, starting with you.You will own CUBRO’s current technology stack (including Hubspot, WordPress, WooCommerce, Rhino + Grasshopper, and no-code tools). You will assume and insource all that knowledge and lead the company into the following technology stages, being able to crystallise the management team’s vision into digital products focused on improving the experience of how consumers discover and purchase our products, as well as how they design their integrated furniture systems. A degree in computer science or information systems is preferred.Proficiency in no-code/low-code and data integration tools.Experience deploying and operating software on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).Agile and lean development experience.Good prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills to lead and execute product and technology roadmaps.Skilled in metric analysis and improving conversions.Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.Nice-to-havesLeadership experience in software development teams.Experience managing third-party development agencies.Familiarity with 3D modelling tools.Next stepsWe will review all applications, and if you are a good fit, we will contact you for an initial half-hour chat to get to know each other better.
