Sonova is seeking a Procurement Manager with a fresh and modern outlook to join the organization and partner with Facilities Management. The goal is to achieve a significant improvement in supplier performance by providing a specific vision and strategic direction across procurement and the business, aligned with Sonova’s overall strategic needs for the environment and sustainability.You will serve as the procurement business partner for Facilities Management, required to deliver exceptional results by developing influential and positive relationships across Sonova globally. You will be accountable for the implementation of category strategies for all third-party spend and will undertake specific procurement projects and initiatives to support Sonova’s broader business objectives, such as sustainability and ESG.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the global procurement team to achieve high performance of FM suppliers, supporting Sonova Facility Management worldwideAlign with the Head of FM services on new and existing projects, becoming the preferred partnerContribute to the strategic goals of global procurement by providing a clear category vision for FM and business partnering services globallyLead FM categories with a vision that inspires and challenges both the business and supply chainDevelop strong commercial relationships with suppliers to continuously enhance their value proposition to SonovaManage FM spend, maintaining supply market knowledge, defining supplier capabilities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term supplier performanceBuild influential relationships within the FM business, enabling teams to manage supply chain risksFoster an environment that encourages and delivers ideas to improve supplier performanceDrive innovation in the FM supply chain by introducing new thinking, products, services, and solutionsWork with the OPEX team to implement best procurement practices, policies, procedures, governance, and tools within FM categoriesServe as a role model and leader, promoting high integrity, trust, and commitmentOversee all third-party FM spend, ensuring continuous delivery of quality, commercial value, and environmental sustainabilityIdentify and manage business supply risks within FM categoriesLead procurement projects as required by the procurement leadership teamYour Profile:5 years of procurement/supply chain management experience in the indirects areaChange management mindset with experience of driving change within a demanding timeframeTeam player at executive levels collaborating with business leads in finance, FM etc.Proven track record of delivering value and developing procurement capability in a complex, global businessIn-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices across indirect category areasStrong commercial acumen and experience of delivering large complex dealsStrategic mindset and ability to turn complex business problems into value creationDemonstrates high priority for team and personnel development, talent managementWe can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more – including an open corporate culture, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models in various roles.Agnieszka Baka, Talent Acquisition Manager, is looking forward to receiving your complete application via our online job application platform.For this vacancy only direct applications in English will be considered.Sonova is an equal opportunity employer.We team up.
