Salary

36,000 euros gross yearly plus up to 6,000 euros gross in bonuses and private medical insurance. We are seeking a Dutch speaking Solution Specialist to join a dynamic onsite team in the vibrant cities of Málaga or Valencia. As a Solution Specialist, your main responsibility is to support business clients by assessing their needs, diagnosing challenges, and recommending suitable solutions from a broad portfolio of digital tools. You will engage in structured conversations with decision makers, identify key business drivers, and provide recommendations that match their goals. You will receive in-depth training to help you become confident in communication skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies. Your daily tasks will include consulting with small and medium‑size business customers, handling both inbound and outbound professional interactions, identifying critical performance gaps, and helping clients understand how to use digital tools effectively.

You will be expected to maintain accurate notes in the CRM system, follow internal quality standards, meet performance benchmarks, and cooperate closely with team leaders who will support your growth. You will also collaborate with experienced mentors who will coach you throughout your onboarding and beyond. This role requires strong communication skills in Dutch and English, a natural ability to identify customer needs, and a genuine interest in technology. You do not need previous experience in the field, but experience in customer service, solution consulting, or technical advisory can be valuable.

Als Oplossingsspecialist ondersteun je kleine en middelgrote bedrijven door hun behoeften te analyseren, uitdagingen te identificeren en passende digitale oplossingen aan te bevelen. Je voert professionele gesprekken met besluitvormers, onderzoekt bedrijfsdoelen en koppelt deze aan geschikte tools.

Dankzij uitgebreide training ontwikkel je sterke communicatievaardigheden, productkennis en adviesvaardigheden. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan uit het begeleiden van klanten bij het vinden van geschikte oplossingen, het analyseren van hun zakelijke processen, het beantwoorden van vragen en het nauwkeurig bijhouden van informatie in het CRM‑systeem. Je volgt kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, werkt aan prestatie‑indicatoren en krijgt ondersteuning van teamleiders en coaches die je helpen je carrière verder op te bouwen. Voor deze functie heb je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels nodig.

Je hoeft geen eerdere ervaring te hebben, maar ervaring in klantenservice, consultatie of technische ondersteuning kan een voordeel zijn. Belangrijker zijn motivatie, leergierigheid en het vermogen om klanten op een vriendelijke en duidelijke manier te helpen.
