We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Lead to join our small but energetic and passionate team. As a Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and contribute to the overall success of the company. Reporting to the CPO, your job is to lead a small group of PMs and transform vision into tactical decisions and drive product development across several teams.What you’ll be doingStrategic planning and management of the product portfolioSupport the CPO on the definition and alignment of the product vision, strategy, and roadmapCreate and analyze the team OKRs, KPIs, and metrics, and control the measures to achieve objectivesLead product management teams in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your areaCo-lead the product operations and cadence across the company.Who you’ll be playing withYou will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and lead a team of 2-5 people.
