With over 250,000 customers in more than 40 countries, we provide electronic signature and digital identification solutions that allow users to sign over 78 million documents digitally.As a trusted third party, we are eIDAS certified and follow (to the letter) European standards and the ANSSI General Security Regulation to offer all legal guarantees in terms of securing our customers' online transactions.We have offices in Barcelona, Valencia, and Paris working together to help companies of any size and sector to optimize their administrative tasks related to document signing and digital communication.Join the team of Signaturit that is building the European leader in trusted digital transactions For more information, visit our web site and follow us on LinkedIn.What will you do in Signaturit?Working in an international and multicultural environment, your main role as Product Owner Team Lead includes:Product Roadmap: Ideate, develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company strategy.Compliance and Security: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., eIDAS, GDPR, PKI), and implement robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information.Product Management: Lead the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.Market Research: Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to electronic signatures and digital certificates.Customer Centricity: Engage with end users, customer success, support, and sales to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Define clear product requirements: Create detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for UX and engineering teams.Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize backlog based on customer feedback, business goals, and available resources.Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive product documentation, such as user manuals, internal wikis, API guides, and other related training materials.Functional Testing: Ensure the quality of development through testing at the functional level.What skills will make you perfect?You will rock if you:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on electronic signatures, digital certificates, or related technologies. Ideally in B2B Legaltech or SaaS.Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts, digital signature algorithms, and public key infrastructure (PKI).Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic signatures and digital certificates (e.g., eIDAS, ESIGN).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.Solid understanding of API integration and management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus.Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is valuable.Which benefits do we offer to our team?Flexible remote workWorking hour flexibilitySummer hours on Fridays in July and AugustFree health insurance for the employee and a discount for childrenFlexible compensation plan with CoverflexEnglish or French classes with native teachersTechnical training with specialized platformsBirthday offReferral bonusCatering service at the officeFree coffee and snacks at the officeKnow more about us Home | SignaturitWe are looking forward to meeting you
