About the Role As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll be the trusted right hand, managing priorities, coordinating high‑level communications, and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and you'll play a key role in keeping the company aligned and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, travel, and day‑to‑day operations Prepare briefings, agendas, meeting notes, and follow‑ups for key meetings Prioritize and gate incoming requests to protect CEO focus time Help coordinate company‑wide communications and special projects Help manage and co‑ordinate any key events including logistics Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Our Ideal Candidate 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, professional and fast‑paced environment. Need to have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working in a multinational environment interfacing with multi‑level people including the C‑Level. Project management or operations experience. High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information. Proactive mindset—anticipates needs before they arise.
