We are seeking a visionary Account Manager renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand’s presence and impact across Europe. Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness throughout the creative process. As the Account Manager, you will assist our talented account team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the highest quality from initial concept through to execution and delivery. This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe‑wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences. What you will be doing: Experience working with beauty products is a MUST. Manage a high‑volume portfolio of adaptation projects, from initial concept through to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks. Identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue for clients through upselling and cross‑selling e‑commerce products or services. A deep understanding of the business, their needs, expectations and requirements to provide the best service and solution through close partnership with the client. Keeping up with e‑commerce industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations. Effective project management through the full lifecycle using project governance as directed by the client – escalating issues and proactively resolving problems, managing project resource and spend and making critical decisions. The ability to drive and motivate a team and project through to successful completion. Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs. Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing. Support client growth and projects. Proficient in Adobe WF, Microsoft Office, and other related software. A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage. What you need to be great in this role: Experience working with beauty and dermatological products. 5+ years experience as an Account Manager, or Senior Account Manager. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally. Ensuring that the client experience is as positive as possible. Encouraging a positive, proactive solution‑first attitude, with clear communication in person, supported by documentation in email. Looking to constructively challenge the client and will proactively work with project teams to present any added‑value solutions. Keeps up to date with industry news, agency case studies and innovations that the clients can learn from. Escalates any projects that are at risk of an unsuccessful delivery to the Project Manager and Account Director. Workflow management: Uses project management and workflow tools. Responsible for the timely delivery of projects, escalating any potential issues to the Account Director, Project Manager (PM) or Creative Director (CD) where this might not be the case. Team development and inspiration: Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the Studio. Encourage a great team environment whilst keeping client centricity at the core of the team culture and values.
