Social network you want to login/join with:Our client, a leading multinational company in the leisure and entertainment sector, currently in the process of expansion, with several work centers throughout Spain, and more than 500 employees. Within its expansion plan, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst, who will report directly to the Data Analyst Manager. Our client seeks to invest to grow the brand in Spain and other international markets, as well as develop the digital business of our Spanish locations. The brand aims to increase its international digital revenue, primarily based in the UK. The team is a key part of this strategic goal. This position is based in Barcelona alongside our design and technology team.Job PurposeProvide insightful, actionable analyses through dashboards and reports to impact revenue, productivity, acquisition, attrition, operational efficiencies, cross-sell strategies, customer behavior, and segmentation. This role involves high exposure to various parts of the business due to regular senior stakeholder engagement.Main Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesExtract, transform, and load data from different sources.Work with existing and new technologies to develop analytical insights.Translate customer, transactional, and behavioral data into key insights and business deliverables.Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to strategy negotiations.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to build data products that facilitate reporting and decision-making.Engage with stakeholders to develop key performance metrics.Knowledge, Expertise, and QualificationsDegree qualified.Proven ability to build dashboards and reports using BI tools.Experience manipulating data in relational databases using SQL.Experience engaging with stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver solutions.Experience in a data-driven environment.Familiarity with Agile methodology (JIRA).Skill in gathering requirements and mapping business needs to KPIs.Creative, innovative, with strong problem-solving skills.Meticulous with a focus on quality.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences.Very good knowledge of English and native-level Spanish.Personal QualitiesPassionate and proud of work.Positive attitude and adaptable to change.Curious, innovative, and proactive.Ability to translate technical issues clearly.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong presentational skills.Responsible and proactive in identifying issues.Continuous learner with attention to detail.We OfferFull-time position with flexible hours and 100% telework after onboarding.Work center in Barcelona, with relocation willingness required.Intensive summer hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
