We are looking for a results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.In this position, the Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for localizing and executing global marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of the Spain markets. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, working closely with distributors, partners, and #TeamUp sports teams to drive brand visibility and engagement.WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and execute cybersecurity marketing programs specifically tailored to the Spain region, in line with global strategiesProficiency in positioning cybersecurity products and solutions effectively in competitive marketsLead the planning and execution of events, from initial concept, content, and vendor management, to final wrap-up and reportingManage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet company objectivesPartner with regional sales leaders to identify regional business priorities and initiatives and develop regional Marketing Program Strategy to support thoseWork with the regional Sales team (PSM, DAM) to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to increase funnel volume and qualityCollaborate closely with the EMEA Marketing team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix. Measure and evaluate short- and long-term impact and ROI against goals; implement adjustments as requiredOversee the management of the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program to ensure target ROI and optimize partner collaboration and marketing impactDesign and implement partner marketing campaigns that support business growth and strengthen partner relationshipsProvide the Sales team with targeted marketing strategies and tools to drive revenue generationCollaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing activities that expand their market presenceAnalyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to improve future campaignsTravel is required to engage with Partner Success Managers, Distributor Account Managers, sales leaders, and key partners, as well as to attend strategic events, with 50% travel expectedWHAT YOU BRING5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or technology sectorExpertise in digital marketing, social media, and exceptional written and verbal communication skillsComprehensive understanding of the Spain market, as well as familiarity with the Spain Cyber Security Strategy and with the local cyber security associationsProven track record in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally within the channel marketing spaceProven track record of planning and execution of corporate eventsDemonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions, including Sales, Partners, and Global MarketingExperience managing multiple projects and budgets that align with marketing and sales objectivesStrong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROIBachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related fieldAbility to use marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish and EnglishWHO WE AREAcronis is a global cyber protection company that provides natively integrated cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management for managed service providers (MSPs), small and medium businesses (SMBs), enterprise IT departments, and home users.
