Our brands are widely recognised for their quality, innovation and strong values. We are currently looking for an International Beauty Trainer to join our team, based at our Barcelona office. The International Beauty Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical and commercial training programs for our international distributors, ensuring consistent brand messaging, product knowledge and professional application standards across all markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and deliver technical and commercial training sessions for international distributors, local trainers and sales teams. Train on the correct use of professional cosmetic products, treatment protocols and new product launches. Adapt training content to different markets, cultures and levels of expertise. Ensure correct implementation of brand standards, methodology and values worldwide. Support distributors during international events, trade shows and product launches. Create, update and maintain training materials (presentations, manuals, technical guides and digital content). Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, proposing continuous improvement actions. Identify training needs in different markets and provide feedback to support business growth.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Dermocosmetics or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in professional cosmetics. Strong technical and product knowledge within the professional beauty sector. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis. Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to multicultural environments.
