Experteer OverviewAs Global Head of Onboarding, you lead the end-to-end client onboarding strategy, operations, and execution across products and regions. You balance a world-class, frictionless experience with strict regulatory compliance (KYC, KYB, AML/CFT) and scalable efficiency. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you drive transformation, technology roadmaps, and risk controls to enable global growth. You shape cross-functional partnerships and own performance metrics to elevate first impressions and long-term value. Compensaciones / Beneficios Define and own the 3-5 year global onboarding strategy aligned with expansion, commercial, product, and regulatory goals Develop a Global Standardised Operating Model for Onboarding to drive efficiency, consistency and scale Sponsor and drive the Onboarding Technology roadmap, pushing automation and improved client experience Translate global market feedback into actionable product requirements for Product and Sales Own end-to-end performance KPIs (e.G., CX Time, Completion Rate, Right First Time) and drive continuous improvements Ensure global KYC/AML/KYB compliance and establish a robust governance framework and internal controls Identify bottlenecks and friction points to reduce client drop-off and stagnation time Oversee global resource planning and Cross-Team Utilisation to match demand across regions Maintain executive stakeholder transparency with SVP of Operations and other leaders Mentor Regional Heads and onboarding teams to foster high performance and accountability Manage external KYC/ID&V vendor relationships for delivery quality and cost-effectiveness Responsabilidades 10+ years in Operations, Client Onboarding, or Financial Crime/Compliance in a global financial services or fintech environment 5+ years in global or multi-regional leadership, managing senior leaders and large teams Deep domain expertise in B2B/SME onboarding with KYB, KYC, and AML/CFT across jurisdictions Data-driven leadership with experience in owning and interpreting end-to-end client funnel metrics and risk metrics Technical acumen with familiarity of global/local KYC/FinTech solutions and technology roadmaps Autonomy and proactive decision-making as an executive leader Requisitos principales competitive salary with discretionary bonus mentorship from experienced managers state-of-the-art tools and systems clear accelerated career progression dynamic and supportive culture generous benefits package
