Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid model if you prefer What You’ll Do Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes. Participate in monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing. Assist with the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes. Research and analyze expense variances for company management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting. Optimize accounting processes and contribute to ERP system improvements and integrations. Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and support decision-making with accurate data. Requirements 5+ years of professional accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience). Experience working in international environments. Native in spanish with a high level of English (B2 or above); other languages are a plus. Hands‑on experience with multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
