Tu misión en el puesto*

Liderarás la implementación de sistemas PLM en toda la organización, impulsando un cambio innovador y disruptivo.
Ejecutarás un plan de transición eficiente, facilitando una adopción suave y efectiva de nuevas tecnologías.
Analizarás detalladamente los requisitos comerciales y funcionales, garantizando que cada necesidad sea comprendida y atendida.
Desarrollarás documentación precisa para mantener el proyecto organizado y orientado hacia el éxito.
Personalizarás el software PLM para adaptarlo a nuestras necesidades específicas, maximizando su valor y utilidad.
Supervisarás la integración de sistemas PLM con otros sistemas empresariales como ERP, MRP, herramientas CAD y CAE para garantizar un flujo de datos y procesos sin problemas.
Liderarás la fase de pruebas, incluidas las pruebas del sistema, de integración y de aceptación del usuario, para garantizar que la solución cumpla con todos los requisitos.
Facilitarás sesiones de capacitación para capacitar a nuestro equipo en el uso efectivo de los sistemas PLM.
Proporcionarás soporte continuo y mantenimiento para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo a largo plazo.
Te mantendrás al tanto de las últimas tendencias y tecnologías para impulsar mejoras continuas y mantenernos competitivos.
Actuarás como mentor y líder experto en sistemas PLM, guiando al equipo hacia el éxito con tu experiencia y visión.
