Work in Barcelona: Onboarding Account Manager – German Market (E) Join us in Barcelona as a German‑Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager. About the Role As a German‑Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will: Successfully onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform. Build strategic, high‑performing PPC campaigns. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Reduce churn and increase product adoption. Identify upsell opportunities and help drive growth. Provide consulting to companies across the German market and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns. Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding. Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions. Drive budget growth and upselling. Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for expansion. What You Bring Fluent in German (C2) and strong English. BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices. Experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary (Gross): German Market Package – Minimum: 24,310 €Maximum: 30,000 € Bonus Structure: Minimum up to 3,500 €Maximum up to 4,290 € Relocation Support: 1 month of accommodation in Barcelona.
