After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets. About the role Identify and engage high-potential UK B2B prospects through outbound channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized multichannel sequences Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering business needs, decision‑making structure, and buying readiness, then hand over well‑scoped opportunities to Account Executives Become a trusted product expert on Genesy AI, clearly articulating its value in helping UK companies improve prospecting efficiency and outbound performance Work closely with Marketing and the Expansion Lead to test, refine, and scale messaging, sequences, and vertical hypotheses for the UK market Own activity tracking and CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, qualified calls, and demo conversion Collect and share market feedback (objections, competitive tools, ICP signals, vertical‑specific pains) to support market validation and repeatable go‑to‑market strategy Act as a founding contributor in the UK expansion, helping shape early playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hires About you Native or fluent English speaker 1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech‑driven environment Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable running cold calls, discovery conversations, and video meetings Solid understanding of B2B outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, account research, sequencing, objection handling, and qualification frameworks Data‑driven mindset with experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and tracking pipeline and conversion metrics High ownership, resilience, and consistency — able to operate in ambiguity and stay motivated in an early‑stage international expansion Based in Barcelona or open to relocate What we offer
