With a diverse, multicultural team, we deliver innovative solutions and 24 / 7 service to our partners. We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Junior Business Development Manager – Expansion to join our Sales team in Mataró, Spain This is an on-site role focused on reactivating existing partners and expanding our network of travel agencies across key European markets. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy proactive outreach, relationship building, and working with data to drive meaningful business impact. Key Responsibilities Re-engage dormant clients by analysing historical booking data and identifying reactivation opportunities. Initiate personalised outreach via email, phone, and WhatsApp to rebuild and strengthen relationships. Present tailored offers and value propositions to encourage renewed partnerships. Collaborate closely with Regional BDMs to coordinate follow-ups and account development. Identify and approach new travel agencies in underperforming or untapped regions. Introduce Yanolja Go Global’s solutions, onboarding tools, and support structure to new partners. Support new clients through a smooth onboarding and training process. Maintain accurate activity tracking using CRM tools and internal systems to ensure seamless data management. Requirements Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English - MUST. Previous experience in sales, account management, or a role within the travel industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability manage multiple leads and priorities. Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. A proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience working with travel agencies or B2B partners. Confidence in outbound communication and lead generation. Ability to work with data and translate insights into action. Interest in building a long-term career in business development within a global environment. Why Join Us?
