Marketing Expert (Lisbon - Dutch Market) - Accommodation from Day 1 Global People Sphere is looking for a Dutch‑speaking marketing expert based in Lisbon to join the Meta | Facebook project for the Dutch market. Role Overview Contact new and existing clients by phone/email Identify sales opportunities and offer tailored advertising solutions Support small‑business clients in optimizing their Facebook campaigns Conduct effective client meetings and deliver data‑based insights Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers and help grow their revenue Become a specialist in Facebook Advertising solutions What We're Looking For Experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing Strong negotiation & consultative sales abilities Excellent communication and meeting‑preparation skills Fast learner, autonomous, organized Problem‑solver & adaptable English C1/C2 Punctual, proactive and confident Salary Package Option 1: With Company Accommodation Gross monthly compensation: €1,618.00Apartment benefit‑in‑kind: €200.00 (tax‑free until 31/12/2026) Includes: Base salary Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances Meal allowance (paid via card) Health insurance from day one Option 2: Without Company Accommodation Gross monthly compensation: €2,052.16 Includes: Base salary (higher since no apartment benefit) Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances Meal allowance (paid via card) Health insurance from day one Training 12 working days Full product training (Meta Ads) Systems training + customer management training Training compensation: €42.72 per day (paid after completing training) Working Conditions 40 hours/week Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00 22 vacation days per year Portuguese public holidays apply Modern office environment in central Lisbon Why Portugal?
