**About the role**:
As the Head of Brand & Campaigns, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the SD Worx brand across all our markets. Together with your team and local marketeers, you will develop and execute high-impact, creative campaigns that make a real difference. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, you will oversee brand activation, corporate campaigns, the in-house creative agency, and content excellence. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing initiatives resonate deeply with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency and customer-centric performance.

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- ** Lead Corporate Campaigns & Brand Activation**
Develop and execute creative corporate campaigns that align with SD Worx’s brand and business goals.
- Ensure campaigns are adaptable for local execution while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to maximize campaign impact and engagement.
- Establish and track KPIs for brand and campaign performance.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, ensuring campaigns stand out and make an impact.
- ** Oversee the Internal Creative Agency**
Work with the Creative Lead (who reports into you) to ensure a high level of creativity and execution in all marketing materials.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect the SD Worx brand visually and in messaging, making marketeers proud and engaging the target audience.
- Support local teams by offering creative services that help them scale their marketing efforts effectively.
- Ensure that campaign creativity is appreciated by our target audiences and makes a real difference in the market.
- ** Manage Thought Leadership & Expert Content Creation**
Oversee the content team responsible for expert insights, thought leadership, and research-driven content.
- Ensure content is engaging, strategically aligned, and supports local market adoption.
- Work with in-house researchers to develop data-backed content that provides unique insights.
- Manage the challenge of content overload by structuring and prioritizing key messages.
- ** Drive Brand Performance & Customer-Centricity**
- Ensure all initiatives align with SD Worx’s commitment to delivering customer value.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences and ensure all campaigns are customer-centric.
- Work closely with performance marketing to connect brand campaigns with customer engagement.
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and optimize brand impact.
- ** Collaborate with Key Marketing Stakeholders**
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and Head of Performance & Analytics - both part of the Brand & Marketing team - to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Partner with local marketeers to align brand strategies with regional needs and opportunities.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand and campaign excellence.

**What do you have to offer?**
- Experience: 8+ years in brand management, marketing campaigns, or a similar leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strategic mindset: ability to balance high-level brand strategy with execution across multiple markets.
- Creative leadership: a strong creative mindset with experience leading impactful, high-quality campaigns.
- Customer focus: strong understanding of target audiences and how to engage them effectively.
- Content expertise: strong understanding of thought leadership, research-based content, and message prioritization.
- Collaboration & influence: ability to work effectively in a decentralized marketing environment.
- Results-driven: experience in setting and measuring KPIs for brand and campaign performance.

**What do we have to offer?**
