Über die Position
Als Assistant Resort Manager im Landal Resort Maria Alm bist du das Herzstück unseres Resorts. Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft – vom herzlichen Empfang unserer Gäste bis zur Koordination des motivierten Rezeption- und Animationsteams. Du kümmerst dich um eine warme und unvergessliche Erfahrung für unsere Gäste und Eigentümer, behältst dabei die Reservierungen, die Gästezufriedenheit und die Geschäftsergebnisse immer im Blick.
Du liebst die Vielfalt eines Ganzjahres-Resorts: Skifahren im Winter, Wandern im Sommer – und du bist die Person, die das Erlebnis komplett macht
Das wirst du tun

Gastfreundschaft: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Check-in und Check-out und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche unserer Gäste.
Problemlösung: Egal ob eine Last-Minute-Anfrage oder ein spezieller Wunsch – du regelst alles mit einem Lächeln.
Animation: Du leitest das Animationsteam und entwickelst gemeinsam Aktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen, von Abenteuerausflügen bis hin zu kreativen Workshops.
Social Media & Marketing: Du weißt, wie du unser Resort online sichtbar machst, mit ansprechenden Inhalten und Bildern.
Kommerzielles Verständnis: Du behältst die Buchungen im Auge und nutzt geschickte Upselling- und Preisstrategien, um den Umsatz zu steigern.
Qualität & Sicherheit: Du stellst sicher, dass alles den höchsten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards entspricht, damit unsere Gäste ihren Urlaub sorgenfrei genießen können.

Das bist du

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Tourismus oder im Gastgewerbe und bereits Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Niederländisch ist von Vorteil.
Du liebst die Berge und möchtest Teil eines Teams werden, das den Gästen eine unvergessliche Zeit in den österreichischen Alpen ermöglicht.
Flexibilität ist für dich selbstverständlich. Wochenend- oder Bereitschaftsdienste sind für dich kein Problem.
Du bist kommunikativ, ein Teamplayer und weißt, wie du deine KollegInnen motivieren kannst. Deine kreative Seite setzt du gerne ein, um unser Animationsprogramm weiterzuentwickeln.

Ein Bruttogehalt von € 4.500 pro Monat, 14-mal im Jahr, bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche (5 Tage).
