Workster Agency colabora con una empresa líder en Outsourcing / BPO que busca incorporar un Especialista en Experiencia de Cliente B2B de habla alemana para unirse a sus oficinas en Valencia y apoyar un nuevo proyecto de escalado de fintech.Este puesto se diferencia de otros similares en que permite al Especialista tener más responsabilidad sobre el diseño del proyecto.Su funciónPrestar asistencia a clientes B2B por teléfono, correo electrónico y chat.Comunicarse con los clientes para encontrar la mejor solución a su problema.Intercambiar ideas constantemente con tus compañeros para mejorar la Experiencia del Cliente.Resolver problemas, innovar y gestionar el cambio como parte de la actividad diaria.Utilizar las últimas tecnologías e integraciones de IA y convertirse en un experto en este campo.Controlar y gestionar las consultas de pago de vendedores y compradores a través de varias plataformas de clientes.Ser responsable de las reseñas de Trustpilot y mejorar el NPS general de la empresa a través de un servicio excelente.Marcar y escalar las consultas de los clientes y proponer soluciones adecuadas.Mapear y mejorar los procesos de negocio para mejorar el viaje del cliente y su satisfacción.Sus cualificacionesNivel nativo de alemán e inglés fluido.Un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional es algo natural para ti y ya tienes experiencia en este campo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Interés por la innovación (piensa en integraciones de chatbot).Ser proactivo y orientado a las soluciones.Poder pensar fuera de la caja para encontrar siempre una solución para el cliente.Se valorarán los conocimientos técnicos.Dominar los ordenadores y poder escribir a la velocidad del rayo.La OfertaClases de español y mindfulness.Copas los viernes por la noche.Cursos de fitness para mantenerse en forma y activo.Trabajar en una startup tecnológica donde puedes desarrollarte y hay espacio para tus ideas.Mejorar tus habilidades profesionales : comunicación, innovación e implementación de nuevas tecnologías.Un entorno de trabajo internacional con más de 20 nacionalidades.Una aventura increíble en una de las ciudades más bellas de Europa.Trabajar en un equipo muy unido y en fase inicial.Comida y desayuno gratuitos en la oficina.Tipo de puesto : Jornada completa.Retribución complementariaBonus por objetivos.ExperienciaB2B : 1 año (Obligatorio).IdiomaInglés (Obligatorio).Alemán (Obligatorio).Ubicación del trabajo : Viajes periódicos.
