The position will be based in Spain and supporting our EMEA operations.What role will you play?As an HR Analyst, in our HR Operations team, you will support the end-to-end people processes across the employee life cycle.Update and maintain employee HR dataManage data reporting, ad hoc data requests, data quality and data auditsDeliver recurring and ad hoc reports and report developmentShare insights and make recommendations to support operational decisionsCreate and maintain dashboards and reporting toolsInitiate and lead projects and initiativesWho are you today?We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to building and delivering best-in-class HR operations support to our team.You are detail oriented, well-organized and enjoy bringing structure to projects through work-planning, list-making and efficiencyStrong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators.You are in a position to effectively work in a remote setting across time zonesGood analytical, problem-solving and strong written English language skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and to work effectively under pressure to deadlinesQualifications / Experience:You have a Graduate degreeYou have minimum 3 years of experience ideally in management consultingDemonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teamsHigh level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPointFluency in both written and spoken English.
