You’ll play a key role in enhancing AI‑driven development practices, improving both back‑end and front‑end systems, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver impactful, user‑friendly features.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain back‑end and front‑end for Improvado's marketing analytics SaaS platform (including architectural improvements regarding scalability, reliability and performance)Improve AI‑based development approaches and best practices (Cursor, Claude Code and alike)Design and Implement new functionalitiesWrite tests using Pytest, react-testing-library and other librariesCollaboration with UX designers and product owners to come up with intuitive user interfacesWrite clean, maintainable, and well‑documented codeOptimize performance of services to ensure fast and responsive user experienceTroubleshoot and debug issues as they ariseParticipate in code reviews and contribute to overall codebase improvementsParticipate in Agile development methodology, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesParticipate in knowledge sharing with the teamRequirementsExperience in commercial development in Python (Django, asyncio) from 3 years (OOP, multithreading), ideally - experience in developing a system that works under high load / with big dataSolid experience and understanding of AI‑powered development tools & Coding AgentsDesire to play a role of a technical expert with product understanding, UXKnowledge of Databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, NoSQL databases)Experience in developing REST servicesExperience in front‑end development with a strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, React, HTML, CSS, and webpackFamiliarity with Jest and/or React Testing LibraryExperience working with TanStack Query (FKA React Query)Experience with microservices and RabbitMQAbility to write unit tests and easy‑to‑maintain codeAbility to work confidently in LinuxReady to work with the team distributed across different timezonesWilling to work overtime as neededNice to have:Experience with Redis, Amazon Web Services, Docker, KubernetesExperience with cloud servicesAbility to work in a Continuous Integration environmentDDD, OOP, SOLID concept understandingExperience with ReduxFamiliarity with Node.jsWhat We Offer:Remote‑first environmentStrong product/market fit: marketing data product for US‑based enterprises20 working days of PTO per yearUS holidays and additional days offExtremely fun & open startup environmentProfessional development reimbursementCompany’s stock options #J-18808-Ljbffr
