Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Hidradenitis Supurativa (HS) Marketing Lead who is a team player and who has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to join us in our Immunology department, based in our hub in Madrid, Spain.About the roleAs a HS Marketing Lead, you will be the liaison between the EU Strategy Operations and the area for all strategies and different stakeholders’ plans. You will also be the driver of the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plan in partnership with the Area Head and the Ecosystem Lead.Who you’ll work withReporting to the Franchise Head Derma, you will be part of a team of four colleagues who work in a very collaborative and respectful environment. You will deliver a high level of value for patients, Healthcare Professional Partners, and Payers and require strong collaboration with the Medical Strategy Lead, Field Medical Lead, and Access Solution Manager.What you’ll doYou will lead cross-functional development of the Integrated Strategic Plan (ISP), providing impactful patient value solutions for implementation.You will drive excellence in the usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning, and solution development.You will implement the ISPs in based Ecosystem and support the implementation of innovative digital solutions.You will develop the Launch Plan for the new assets and coordinate the cross-functional collaboration and activities of the Launch team.You will be the Area voice and representative in relevant EU Strategy Operations communities, contributing to EU communities, networks, and project teams, when applicable, via insights collected through area activities and projects.You will manage the forecast, monitor brand KPIs, manage budget, and analyze and interpret market data.Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare required, with 3-4 years’ experience in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare.Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.Proven cross-functional project team leadership.Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines.Fluent in English.Proven track record of developing high-impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development, and execution in the immunology-biological market (in dermatology area is a plus).Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
