They build modern financial platforms, digital products, and shared infrastructures that support payments, accounts, and financial operations. With multiple business units under one umbrella, the company focuses on scalability, structural clarity, and a unified approach to technology and product development.Role Overview The Group CTPO will define and lead the overall technology and product strategy across the entire group. The role unifies product management, engineering, architecture, data, and governance into a single operational model. This position partners directly with the Board and influences long‑term strategic decisions, while ensuring reliable delivery of core platforms and products across all business units.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute a unified technology and product strategy across the group.Develop a long‑term vision for architecture, platforms, integrations, and shared services.Lead group‑level product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning.Establish common engineering, product, and operational standards across all teams.Oversee platform architecture, reliability, scalability, and security across regulated and non‑regulated entities.Guide and mentor CTOs, CPOs, engineering leads, and product leaders across the group.Represent the technology and product function at Board level and manage communication with key stakeholders.RequirementsProven experience as CTO, CPO, CTPO, VP Technology, or similar senior role within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.Strong background leading technology and product in a multi‑entity or group structure.Deep understanding of platform architecture, engineering management, and regulatory readiness.Experience scaling distributed teams of 100+ specialists across engineering and product.Confident communication at Board and executive level.Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.Key Soft SkillsStrategic mindset with strong analytical thinking.Excellent communication and clarity in decision‑making.Ability to lead through influence and build high‑performing teams.Structured and systematic approach to solving complex problems.High sense of ownership and accountability.What We OfferOpportunity to shape the unified platform and product vision of a growing fintech group.Collaboration with strong executive leadership and direct involvement in strategic decisions.High level of autonomy and authority across technology and product functions.Dynamic international environment with expanding teams and global operations.Competitive compensation package aligned with senior leadership responsibilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
