As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation: Identify and engage target decision-makers in multinationals and investment funds to convert them into potential clients.
Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for different market segments, adjusting messaging and channels based on audience characteristics.
Campaign Management: Oversee multichannel campaigns that include valuable content like case studies, reports, and webinars, along with targeted paid advertising.
Conversion Funnels: Design and optimize conversion funnels, utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and facilitate their buying journey.
Personalized Experiences: Craft personalized interactions for leads, ensuring that messages and content resonate with their specific needs and cultural contexts.
Data Analysis: Employ analytics tools to track campaign performance, spot areas for improvement, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads, enhancing the likelihood of closing deals.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and analytical skills to effectively drive demand and support the sales process.
Requirements:

Degree or Master’s degree in Marketing
3 years of experience in international firms, serving international clients or digital marketing agencies
Proven experience in demand generation and developing digital marketing actions within the B2B space and with Lead Magnet Strategies
Fluency in English
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Tools
Advanced Skills in Tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics 365, WordPress, Visual Builder AVADA, Dotdigital, Google Editor, Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
Focused on achieving business objectives and generating significant return on investment (ROI).
Understanding of the business environment: familiarity with the nuances of the financial sector and market trends.
Knowledge and Interest in Accounting, Taxes, and Payroll.
Knowledge and interest in International Business Expansion.
