Overview We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-impact, fixed-term contract. The role focuses on identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding the next wave of high-potential seller-partners, with the aim of growing GMV on our platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify high-potential seller-partners. Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and translate the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions. Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensure strong platform fit, identify seller growth strategies, and establish clear pathways to GMV growth. Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3-6 month period. Develop understanding of the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique market positioning. Qualifications Proven B2B Sales Acumen: success in SDR/BDR or full-cycle sales roles. Communication Excellence: exceptional command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations. Strong time management and organisational skills, with ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting. Contract Commitment: availability for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on impact and results. Ecommerce experience: prior direct experience within a high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage.
