Job Description As a key member of the SEM team, you’ll work closely with the SEM Team Lead to plan, execute, and analyse paid search campaigns across multiple brands and products, with a clear focus on Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Advertising. Your goal: ensure all campaigns align with our business and marketing objectives, pushing constantly for optimisation, automation, and innovation. What your impact will be: Take full ownership of SEM performance for a specific market or product area. Identify growth opportunities and lead testing, scaling, and optimisation initiatives. Deliver actionable insights and drive measurable impact through data‑driven decision making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Branding, Analytics, Pricing) to enhance campaign efficiency and innovation. Develop and maintain best practices for SEM and share knowledge within the team. Contribute to automation projects (scripts, rules, feed management) to streamline campaign operations. Qualifications +5 years of hands‑on experience in Paid Search, with solid experience in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360. Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑million budgets and complex account structures across multiple markets. Deep understanding of smart bidding, automation, and audience strategies. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and performance reporting. Highly data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action. Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and measurement frameworks. Strong collaboration mindset and eagerness to work with teams beyond SEM to scale impact. Advanced level of Italian. Minimum knowledge of MySQL, BigQuery. Understanding of A/B test tools.
