Cosentino está buscando a un / a Técnico Helpdesk para formar parte del departamento de Business Technology en HQ.
Se trata de un puesto de Customer Service a cliente interno, HelpDesk y apoyo IT para dar soporte a las diferentes incidencias y peticiones de Servicio interno, así como mantener la integridad de los equipos tecnológicos como ordenadores, móviles, impresoras, periféricos y software asociado en todas las líneas de producción.
Es un equipo que trabaja por turnos 24 / 7. Esto son 3 turnos, mañana, tarde y noche (horarios rotativos cubriendo 24x7).
Localización: Cantoria, Almería (HQ) 100% presencial (salvo turnos de fines de semana y noches que será en teletrabajo).
Cuáles serán tus funciones
Detectar y registrar las peticiones del usuario final (Incidencias y Peticiones de Servicio).
Soporte inicial y clasificación (clasifica las peticiones según su tipología, estado, impacto y urgencia, implementando Workarounds y, si es posible, soluciones finales).
Resolución en primera llamada.
Contactar y comunicar con el usuario afectado / Solicitante.
Seguimiento y monitorizaciones continuos de todos los tickets en el backlog (abiertos, pendientes…) para asegurar el cierre del ticket según los tiempos definidos y acordados.
Qué necesitas para tener éxito
Formación:
FPII en tecnología, informática, sistemas o similar.
Experiencia:
Experiencia de 1 año mínimo en Customer Service y soporte técnico IT, CAU.
Conocimientos:
Habilidades de comunicación excelentes y un nivel C1 o B2 muy alto de inglés y español.
Entendimiento técnico general de los servicios de IT y su estructura.
Capacidad de multitask y de priorizar tareas en corto plazo. Buenas habilidades de autoorganización.
Actitud profesional orientada a servicio hacia los usuarios y los clientes.
Conocimientos de Office 365, Office, Windows 10.
