Project Manager PerfilFuncional orientado a negocio Buscamos un perfil senior con sólida experiencia en gestión de proyectos complejos en entornos mixtos (negocio y tecnología), capaz de liderar equipos multifuncionales, controlar presupuestos y asegurar entregas en tiempo, alcance y calidad. ✅ Requisitos Obligatorios: 5–10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos/programas de principio a fin. Experiencia demostrada en planificación, seguimiento y control de presupuestos. Habilidad para preparar y presentar informes ejecutivos a la alta dirección (SteerCos y C-level). Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y de gestión de stakeholders. Capacidad para gestionar riesgos, dependencias e incidencias de forma proactiva. Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente). Nivel alto de inglés (fluido). Valorable: Certificaciones: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (PSM/PSPO), SAFe u otras similares. Experiencia previa en Banco Santander u otras entidades financieras en funciones de PMO o delivery.
