We are currently looking for a Core / RAN testing Engineer. Lead the technical assessment of network testing labs and define a consolidated European lab framework.

Responsibilities
Assess network testing labs across RAN, Core, Transport and Edge/MEC
Perform on-site lab assessments across Europe
Map end-to-end test journeys and capabilities
Identify duplication, gaps and inefficiencies
Define consolidated lab model and Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
Deliver executive assessment report and roadmap

Skills & Experience
Strong telecom network testing background (RAN, Core, Transport, Edge/MEC)
Experience in lab assessments, network validation and interoperability testing
Consulting mindset with strong stakeholder and reporting skills
Willingness to travel across Europe

Languages
English (mandatory)
German / Italian / Spanish (advantage)

Engagement Model
Type: Consulting (not T&M)
Location: Germany, Italy, Spain, UK (on-site lab visits)
Working model: Multi-country on-site + remote reporting
Deliverables: Assessment report & transformation roadmap
