We are currently looking for a Core / RAN testing Engineer. Lead the technical assessment of network testing labs and define a consolidated European lab framework.

Responsibilities

- Assess network testing labs across RAN, Core, Transport and Edge/MEC
- Perform on-site lab assessments across Europe
- Map end-to-end test journeys and capabilities
- Identify duplication, gaps and inefficiencies
- Define consolidated lab model and Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Deliver executive assessment report and roadmap

Skills & Experience

- Strong telecom network testing background (RAN, Core, Transport, Edge/MEC)
- Experience in lab assessments, network validation and interoperability testing
- Consulting mindset with strong stakeholder and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel across Europe

Languages

- English (mandatory)
- German / Italian / Spanish (advantage)

Engagement Model

- Type: Consulting (not T&M)
- Location: Germany, Italy, Spain, UK (on-site lab visits)
- Working model: Multi-country on-site + remote reporting
- Deliverables: Assessment report & transformation roadmap
