This person will support the production department in managing all matters related to image rights, copyright, and intellectual property within advertising, both for national and international projects. The role also includes overseeing renewals and extensions of rights across all markets worldwide. A high level of English and previous experience in a production company or model agency is essential.TASKSYou Will Be Part Of a Team Responsible ForManaging all image and copyright-related aspects (actors, photographers, music, etc.) involved in advertising campaigns: budgeting, supplier contact, negotiation and preparation of estimates, contracting, and invoicing follow-up.Communicating with clients to understand each project/region’s needs and determine the best purchasing approach.Reviewing the alert system to track rights expiration dates and processing renewals based on client requirements.Working closely with producers and project managers to understand production needs and handle the preparation of all contracts (actors, music, photography, and production company).Managing the contracting of actors/artists/celebrities and overseeing the purchase of music rights (publishing and/or master rights) for advertising campaigns.RequirementsWe are seeking a profile with strong knowledge of rights management in advertising.Actor coordinator or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in rights renewals within a production company or model agency.High level of spoken and written English.Strong negotiation skills with model agencies, production companies, and other suppliers.Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.Strong attention to detail, with a calm, meticulous, and constructive attitude, staying organised at all times.High sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset.Good understanding of the production environment.Availability to start in January 2026.Initiative to proactively anticipate potential issues and propose smart solutions.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and resilience to maintain process flow.What We OfferIndefinite contractCompetitive salary, negotiable according to experience.23 working days of vacation (+ 2 long weekends of your choice).Your birthday offIncorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency that leads new, innovative and large-scale projects.#Hybrid modelAbout CraftTo achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology, you need true craftsmen and women – people who care deeply about their clients’ brands and who work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand’s story remains impactful as it travels around the world.Craft currently employs over 1000 full-time employees, operating in 120 countries with hubs in 17 strategic locations specializing in broadcast/video production, print production, digital production and global translation.While we are wholly owned by McCann World group, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies.McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
