You will define the strategy to drive the team’s success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member thrives.Key responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Spanish market, ensuring alignment with Factorial’s broader business objectives.Team Development: Empower your AEs by coaching them on a daily basis, conducting regular sales training, and providing feedback to enhance their skills and performance.Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-performing, committed AEs, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles and fostering their professional growth with clear career development opportunities.Collaboration & Efficiency: Partner with the Sales Operations team to improve tools, processes, and business tracking, ensuring maximum sales efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside stakeholders from Factorial’s global teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and foster synergies with other regions and business units.In-field Leadership: A big part of your time will be spent directly supporting your team in the field, helping them reach their targets, guiding how to enrich pipeline management and continuously improving the sales approach.Requirements:B2B Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with experience in leading teams in dynamic, competitive environments.Sales Leadership: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with a track record of achieving results in fast-paced and demanding settings.Analytical Mindset: Ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze sales performance metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.Fluency in Spanish and English: Full working proficiency in Spanish and advanced in English.Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, with the ability to manage uncertainty and drive success under pressure.Passion for Growth: Motivated to learn quickly, make a tangible impact, and drive your team’s success from day one.Benefits ️High growth, multicultural and friendly environmentSave expenses with Cobee and get your salary in advance with PayflowHealthy life with Gympass and Alan as private health insuranceLanguage classes with Yolk AcademySyra discounts, Nora & Apeteat lunchBreakfast in the office, organic fruit and free caffeine and theineFlexible schedules, pet Friendly and no dress codeAbout Us At Factorial, we’re building the leading business management software for companies of all sizes.
