In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote and sell our services, helping to expand our customer base while maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also:
Proactively reach outto potential customers to present our services.Maintain and updatea comprehensive database of customer information.Recordcall history and customer responses with detailed notes.Follow upwith customers consistently to ensure satisfaction.Monitor competitorsand develop effective sales strategies.Address customer needsand inquiries, providing top-tier support.
What We Are Looking For:
Native level of Germanwith fluent English.Proven sales experience, preferably in outbound roles.CRM experiencefor efficient customer management.Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach.Ability to work independently, yet thrive in a team setting.Business acumenwith a knack for assessing various business models.Customer-focusedattitude, aiming to deliver an exceptional experience.
