Desde Iwantsales, seleccionamos para empresa SaaS un perfil de Customer Success Director con ubicación en Madrid.¿Qué harás?Serás responsable de la selección, formación y desempeño del equipo de Customer Success & Support de la compañía.Diseñarás e implementarás un nuevo modelo de workflow para los procesos del departamento para el desarrollo de clientes y renovaciones de contratos como en el orden de prioridad de las incidencias y la solución escalable a cada departamento.Establecerás los objetivos del departamento y diseñarás el modelo de KPIs correspondiente que ayude en la consecución de los mismos.Alcanzar los ratios propios del departamento, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Volumen de tickets, Customer Churn, etc.Colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo y con el equipo de ventas.¿Qué necesitas?Haber gestionado la implantación desde el inicio de un departamento de Customer Success como responsable estratégico para una empresa SaaS.Haber liderado equipos medianos de trabajo capacitando a los miembros para operar de forma autónoma en su día a día.Experiencia manejando presupuestos, visión estratégica de negocio, conocimiento amplio del cliente.Nivel de inglés C1.¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato indefinido directamente con la empresa.Salario fijo competitivo + variable.Horario de lunes a viernes jornada completa.Oficina en Madrid.
