We are looking for a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and large-scale industrial projects. The Role Lead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, project coordination, H&S and risk management and project delivery. Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. Identify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility. Ensure full compliance with Spanish regulations. Produce official submissions for Spanish professional bodies (Colegio de Ingenieros) and local authorities. Manage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management. Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. What We Need Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent. Must-Have: Deep knowledge of Spanish regulations (REBT/CTE…). Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or mission‑critical projects in Spain. Experience producing and delivering official submissions to "Colegio de Ingenieros" and local authorities. Solid experience on large‑scale industrial/infrastructure projects. Experience in Data Centre Projects will be highly valued. Note: If you have deep industrial experience but are new to Data Centres, we want to hear from you. Language: Full professional fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English. Project management: Proven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers.
