We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Fast and easy recruitment process Location: Malaga/Valencia, on-site, after 2 months - hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days home) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 4+ years of IT/technical experience About the project: As a Solution Specialist with Dutch language, you will support the full sales journey, build long‑term customer relationships, and use your cloud expertise to help organizations succeed with modern technologies. Your Responsibilities: Driving new business by identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities Presenting technical solutions aligned with customer needs and usage scenarios Advising customers on cloud adoption and best practices to accelerate success Reviewing implementation needs and validating pricing calculations Delivering solution demonstrations via online meetings Acting as the main technical point of contact for small and medium‑sized business prospects Delivering individual and group training sessions internally Staying up to date with the latest cloud features, licensing models, and market developments, including competitive offerings Requirements: Professional‑level Dutch language (minimum C1) and fluent English Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of IT/technical experience Ability to explain end‑user scenarios and technical architectures for productivity and communication platforms Understanding of identity, security, privacy, compliance, and their role in cloud and hybrid environments Knowledge of cloud deployment and adoption strategies Experience with cloud‑based collaboration, productivity, migration, and solution management Strong customer‑facing communication skills (spoken and written) Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets What’s offered: Permanent Spanish employment contract Competitive compensation: €2,570 gross/month Performance bonus: up to €500 gross/month Private health insurance Relocation assistance (if applicable) Fully paid onboarding and product training Modern office Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required By submitting your application, you hereby consent, in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of current and future recruitment processes conducted by our company and by our clients.
