OverviewAbout WebBeds: Launched in 2013, WebBeds is a global marketplace for the travel trade, providing distribution solutions for selling and buying travel products. It sources accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers, aggregates and merchandises content in the WebBeds platform, and distributes it to a global network of travel trade buyers who sell to the travelling public. The Financial Planning and Analysis team acts as a key liaison between Finance and other corporate support functions (IT, Operations, HR, Strategy, Pricing, Business Transformation), ensuring alignment in financial planning, technology investments, and digital transformation initiatives. You Will Understand system integrations with Third Party Suppliers, XML Gateways, and ensure correct integration with our APIs. Understand platform functions to manage onboarding of new Suppliers. Manage and monitor API connections, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate with tech teams and Suppliers. Ensure hotel inventory and room types are properly mapped and synchronized across platforms. Work with Client Optimization teams across regions to manage correct distribution. Track and analyse production, conversion, and performance from Supplier connections. Identify underperforming partners or technical issues impacting sales and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with the manager on new improvements and actions with Suppliers, participate in kick-off calls, and attend commercial calls where required technical assistance. Serve as a key point of contact for partner technical escalations, system enhancements, and troubleshooting. Translate commercial needs into technical specifications and enhancements. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase Strong understanding of supplier and market dynamics. A “can do” attitude with the ability to positively influence technical relationships. Ability to work with an agile team. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in Spanish or any additional language is a plus. Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines, and standards. Excellent problem solving, relationship building, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication. Experience within the travel industry, particularly the wholesale side, is a key asset. Demonstrated success in delivering technical supply to grow existing and new business. Ability to conceptualize new ideas and explain them to non-technical personnel. Technical understanding of connectivity (XML/PUSH/CACHE). Strong communication skills and ability to work across management levels in formal and informal settings.
