Misión: Ser embajador de la marca y del método Kids&Us en las aulas de nuestro centro y asegurar el éxito del aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa de sus alumnos.
Principales responsabilidades
- Preparación de las clases a impartir. Calendarizar, programar y preparar cada sesión.
- Impartir las clases según la metodología Kids&Us definida en las guías didácticas.
- Control de la clase para facilitar el aprendizaje.
- Motivar a los alumnos por el aprendizaje del idioma.
- Establecer una buena relación con padres y alumnos.
- Llevar a cabo un seguimiento exhaustivo de sus alumnos (asistencia, seguimiento del aprendizaje, informes, exámenes, notas, detectar incidencias o problemas con los alumnos, etc.).
- Redactar informes de evolución del alumno al final de cada trimestre.
- Comunicar a la Dirección del Centro y/o con la Coordinación académica cualquier situación fuera de lo común que se pueda generar.
- Asistencia y participación (en el formato que la Coordinación y la Dirección establezcan, dependiendo de si habla o no español y de su capacidad de empatía con los padres) a las reuniones informativas de presentación del curso académico y a las reuniones informativas trimestrales.
- Seguimiento realmente personalizado de cada niño.
- Tutorías trimestrales (on demand) con los padres. Se realizarán con acompañamiento de Coordinación o de Dirección en función de su nível de español y de su capacidad de comunicación y empatía con los padres.
- Reuniones internas con Coordinación y Dirección del centro.
- Participación en el proceso de entradas y salidas de los niños, fidelización de los padres.
Dependencia jerárquica: Dirección y/o Coordinación Académica del centro.
Tipo de puesto: Media jornada, Contrato fijo discontinuo
Duración del contrato: 10 meses
Sueldo: 14,00€ la hora
