Met een sterke focus op de sectoren Sales, Logistiek, Finance en Technologie, helpen wij bedrijven de juiste talenten aan te trekken en hun team op een effectieve en duurzame manier uit te breiden.Functieomschrijving:Voor de verdere ontwikkeling van onze Benelux markt zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze en ervaren Freelance Sales Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, onderhouden en uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand in de Benelux, met een focus op de verkoop van onze Recruitment diensten aan bedrijven. Je werkt volledig remote, met de vrijheid om je werkweek in te delen.Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:Identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten binnen de Benelux-regio, met focus op de sectoren Sales, Logistiek, Finance en Technologie.Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties en het opstellen van op maat gemaakte recruitmentvoorstellen.Adviseren van bedrijven over de voordelen van Retained Recruitment en het sluiten van contracten met nieuwe klanten.Actief meedenken over strategieën om de Benelux-markt verder uit te breiden en kansen te creëren.Regelmatige rapportage van resultaten en voortgang aan het managementteam.Wie zoeken wij?Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een sales functie binnen de recruitmentsector, bij voorkeur met retained recruitment.Ervaring in het opzetten van markten en het zelfstandig genereren van leads.Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.Ervaring hebben met het werken in een CRM systeem.Resultaatgericht, communicatief sterk en een bewezen trackrecord in B2B sales.Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar en werkt graag zelfstandig, volledig remote.Voorkeur voor ZZP’ers, maar facturering zonder zzp-registratie is bespreekbaar.Wat bieden wij?Een competitieve vergoeding met uitstekende verdienmogelijkheden.Volledige vrijheid om je eigen werkweek in te delen.De kans om een nieuwe markt op te zetten binnen een ambitieuze en snelgroeiende organisatie.Ondersteuning en samenwerking met een gedreven team dat streeft naar de hoogste kwaliteit in recruitment.Ben jij de commerciële kracht die ons helpt de Benelux markt uit te bouwen?
