Does this sound like the right place for you?Role OverviewReporting to the Senior Manager, Product DesignAs a Senior Product UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to execution for our products, working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers.You will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging user experiences while maintaining a strong understanding of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.You'll be a member of the Sysdig Design team made up of 10 members across San Francisco, Italy, and Israel.As some of the team is US based, we are looking for someone who can work until 7pm CET.What you will doDesign solid and visually compelling user experiences for Sysdig Secure, driving impactful solutions for cloud security challenges.Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and design concepts.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using our design system that effectively communicate design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity, style guides, and design systems.Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, promoting a user-centric approach across the team.Contribute to the Sysdig Design system in Figma.What you will bring with you5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing product design expertise.Experience with UX principles, user-centered design.Proficiency with Figma.Strong knowledge of design systems, UI patterns, and front-end development principles.Experience in user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.What we look forPrevious work in cloud security or cyber security companies.Experience designing for enterprise SaaS products.Experience in data visualization.Experience working in a highly technical domain.Why work at Sysdig?We're a well-funded startup that already has a large enterprise customer base.We have an organizational focus on delivering value to customers.Our open source tools are widely used and loved by technologists & developers.When you join Sysdig, you can expect:Great compensation package, including equity opportunities.An international culture with employees in more than 40 countries.Flexible work arrangement.Mental well-being support for you and your family and company-wide wellness days.Development opportunities.We would love for you to join us Please reach out even if your experience doesn't perfectly match the job description.
