Career Growth Pathway into full‑time BDR roles – internship designed for high‑potential graduates without prior full‑time sales experience. Structured 2‑week onboarding to learn essential tech‑sales fundamentals. Weekly coaching sessions and mentorship from senior BDRs. Hands‑on experience with dedicated target accounts and monthly sales targets. Fast ownership opportunities – calling senior prospects from week 3 onward. Work You'll Do Align focus accounts with the account team. Identify and source key influencers and decision makers within target companies. Prospect prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies. Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives. Accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle. Present and report progress to Sales leaders to drive growth results. Qualifications Current student of Business Administration or a comparable program. Structured, fast‑learning mindset with strong listening and communication skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities in a fast‑paced sales environment. Curious and driven to build a long‑term career in sales. Native or equivalent proficiency in Dutch; business proficiency in English required. Other European languages are a plus. Minimum 6 months of full‑time availability for this internship. Nice to have: prior experience in a sales‑related role, familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, or similar; experience in account research, planning, and cold calling.
