Our close collaboration with these partners allows us to develop ad-hoc projects and access new features, products and technologies early. What you will do Campaign Orchestration & Project Management Orchestrate campaign execution across channels and markets. Own end-to-end campaign planning, from strategy and brief definition to delivery, QA and post-campaign review. Ensure timing, coordination, and quality of all campaign deliverables across teams and markets. Drive cross-functional alignment between Media, Product Marketing, Creative and Measurement to ensure seamless delivery. Manage key workstreams — including Campaign Kickoffs and Post-Mortems — ensuring agendas, documentation, and next steps are clear, structured, and actionable. Define and oversee the rollout of the Full-Funnel framework, from pilot concepts to execution and scalability. Maintain and evolve the market and campaign Benchmark, covering creative trends, competitor tactics, formats, audiences, and media execution examples. Develop campaign briefs and oversee creative asset quality to ensure alignment with both brand positioning and performance objectives. Improve internal ways of working by strengthening visibility, standardisation, and operational discipline. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of campaign templates, planning frameworks, briefing models, and knowledge documentation. Keep the channel knowledge base updated to support learning, scalability, and operational efficiency across markets. Job Requirements Must-Have's 5+ years of experience in project management, campaign orchestration, or digital marketing operations. Hands-on experience coordinating multi-stakeholder workstreams and managing deadlines across teams. Solid understanding of digital paid media fundamentals (channels, formats, funnel logic, targeting, KPIs). Ability to turn complex input from multiple teams into clear next steps, timelines, and structured documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to align different teams around shared goals. Good to have Experience working closely with creative teams on briefs, asset reviews, or content delivery. Exposure to full-funnel frameworks, awareness tactics, and brand-performance integration. Familiarity with campaign measurement concepts (conversion objectives, lift tests, incremental KPIs). Experience collaborating within cross-functional environments, including Marketing, Product, Creative or Analytics. A passion for operational excellence: ability to simplify complex workflows and make them scalable. Curiosity for creative best practices and enthusiasm for evaluating ad quality, formats, and storytelling. Strong documentation mindset: disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to building processes that last.
