At Vivara, a vibrant and independent startup in Barcelona, we are on the lookout for Digital Marketing to join our incredible team. Backed by GCO, Vivara is all set to transform the rental management industry and bring a wave of confidence and ease to the housing rental game. As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role will be instrumental in shaping Vivara's unique ecosystem, dexterously navigating the world of apartment hunting, and making perfect matches between landlords and tenants. With a strong focus on tailoring our approach to individual needs, we are determined to create a delightful rental experience for everyone and become the preferred choice in the premium rental market.

**You will lead our digital marketing strategy through various digital channels, enhancing and broadening our digital marketing and customer activation approach. The Digital Marketing Manager will research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients.**

**Resposibilities**:

- Define and manage strategic goals for digital channels, ensuring successful implementation and tracking
- Measure ROI for both online and offline, paid and organic campaigns, providing insightful reports
- Establish key marketing KPIs, including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement, driving continuous improvement and the effectiveness of digital programs
- Oversee budget distribution
- Conduct thorough competitive research, analyzing benchmarking data to inform strategic decisions
- Recommend optimizations for websites and campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends
- Research and implement marketing tools, such as automation software and social media scheduling, to enhance promotional projects
- Foster relationships with industry influencers and advocate for our unique product offering Efficiently manage the external network of collaborators in the Call Center

**Requirements**:

- Over 4 years leading large-scale digital media strategy, with a content-focused approach
- Proven experience in managing agencies, planning, and buying display media, crafting campaigns, and implementing bidding strategies
- Experience in high-expectation scenarios with multiple stakeholders, showcasing exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Exceptional at inspiring teams and engaging CxO-level audiences efficiently
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, promoting efficient collaboration and innovative solutions
- Passion about technology and the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies
- Experience working and developing a culture of transparency and trust
- Eagerness to unleash their inner self-starter and thrive in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds
- You embrace learning beyond their current scope or knowledge skillset
